- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 10 – 21 working days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 10 – 14 days.
All orders will be shipped from Thailand within 1-3 business days.
*All shipping times do not include delivery / customs delays.
- How can I check the status of my order?
At the end of the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number by email once your package has been prepared for shipping.
- What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered incorrect information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change it for you, but we cannot guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after the purchase.
